Responsibilities
- Customize massage services for each guest
- Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy
- Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy
- Train and mentor massage therapists on protocols and service enhancements
- Lead the massage and skincare team toward achievement of Retreat goals
- Build relationships with guests to help them meet self care goals
- Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat
- Set the standard for high quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support
- Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols
- Act as communication liaison between back of house staff and management
Requirements
- Current state license to perform massage therapy
- Experience as a massage therapist 3 years or longer
- Active liability insurance for massage therapy
- Pass background checks
- Capable of effectively performing full body 50 minute massage services
- Capable of training and mentoring individuals
- Excellent at guest communication
- Proven leadership skills
