About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare ground surfaces for interlock paving works
- Lay and align interlock blocks according to approved layouts and designs
- Compact and level paving surfaces using appropriate equipment
- Repair and replace damaged interlock blocks when required
- Measure, cut, and install ceramic, porcelain, and other floor and wall tiles
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives
- Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of tile installations
- Apply grout and sealants as required
- Install marble, granite, and natural stone flooring, walls, staircases, and countertops
- Cut and shape marble and stone materials to specifications
- Polish and finish marble surfaces to achieve required quality standards
- Repair damaged marble and stone finishes
Requirements
- Proven experience in interlock, tile, and marble installation
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and layouts
- Knowledge of installation methods, adhesives, grout, and finishing techniques
- Skilled in using tile cutters, grinders, polishing machines, and hand tools
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
