Role overview
Salomon is hiring a Marketing Trainee to provide operational marketing support within established plans, processes, and timelines.
The role supports marketing objectives through assigned tasks, reporting, collaboration, and improvement recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Support operational marketing tasks within a short-term planning horizon.
- Use systems and tools efficiently, analyze information, and prepare basic reports.
- Support employees in the area of marketing specialization when needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and participate in development projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations within the assigned scope.
- Provide timely and effective marketing support under established guidelines and procedures.
Skills and capabilities
- Marketing support experience or capability is relevant to the role.
- Efficient use of systems and tools, information analysis, and basic report preparation are expected.
- Professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is required.
