Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in procurement coordination, vendor management, and data-driven reporting, with the ability to effectively support marketing operations and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and external partners to support marketing activities.
- Contribute to contract negotiations in alignment with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute procurement plans related to marketing campaigns and materials.
- Monitor and manage inventory of marketing materials and assets.
- Handle SABER system requirements and coordinate with customs for imported marketing items.
- Utilize ERP systems (such as Dynamics AX) to manage procurement processes and financial tracking.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely processing of IPCs and invoices.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze marketing performance and expenditures.
- Use Microsoft Excel for accurate data management and reporting.
- Support MEP-related procurement needs when required for projects or marketing events.
- Perform Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Coordinate international and domestic logistics for marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or marketing operations.
- Strong skills in negotiation and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics AX preferred).
- Experience with SABER system and customs procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
