Marketing Specialist – Perfume Company (Brief Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in perfume, cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to create marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in branding, customer engagement, and market research.
- Knowledge of product photography/content creation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
- Ability to coordinate with sales teams and external suppliers.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Creative, organized, and able to work under pressure.
