Responsibilities
- Coordinate import/export shipments and ensure compliance with procedures
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Handle customs clearance processes
- Manage multiple shipments simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain (experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or FMCG is preferred)
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
- Familiarity with international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and Incoterms
- Experience coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
