Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit high quality B2B content across all channels (social posts, newsletters, executive communications, campaign copy, and marketing materials)
- Own and manage the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Own and execute the CEO's LinkedIn thought leadership program end to end
- Work closely with external creative agencies, designers, and video producers to brief, review, and deliver marketing assets
- Write, build, and manage newsletters for customers, partners, and investors through HubSpot
- Track and report on performance across social media, content, and newsletters
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
- Proven experience managing social media channels and content calendars
- Hands on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign management
- Experience with executive thought leadership programs and LinkedIn content
- Strong understanding of email marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign performance tracking
- Experience using HubSpot and digital marketing platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

What you’ll do
- Research, write, and edit high quality B2B content across all channels (social posts, newsletters, executive communications, campaign copy, and marketing materials)
- Produce content that meets the standard of leading B2B brands (clear, authoritative, and insight driven, not promotional)
- Translate complex industrial and energy topics into sharp, accessible content for senior business audiences including CFOs, CEOs, and policy makers decision makers
- Monitor industry trends, activity, and market developments to identify timely content opportunities
- Maintain a consistently high editorial standard across everything published under the GlassPoint name.
- Own and manage the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Write, schedule, publish, and monitor content aligned with GlassPoint's brand, messaging, and business priorities
- Track social interactions, audience engagement, and platform analytics (identifying what performs and why)
- Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Stay close to market trends and best in class B2B content to continuously raise the bar on what GlassPoint publishes
- Own and execute the CEO's LinkedIn thought leadership program end to end — content calendar, drafting, editing, publishing, and performance tracking
- Develop and maintain a compelling, authoritative executive voice that reflects GlassPoint's positioning as the world's leading industrial heat platform
Agency & Creative Coordination
- Work closely with external creative agencies, designers, and video producers to brief, review, and deliver marketing assets
- Write and own creative briefs for social media visuals, short form videos, charts, and campaign assets
- Ensure all agency output meets GlassPoint's brand standards, messaging hierarchy, and editorial quality before publication
- Manage feedback cycles and timelines to keep content production on track
Newsletter & Audience Communications
- Write, build, and manage newsletters for customers, partners, and investors through HubSpot
- Maintain audience segmentation and mailing lists
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve content performance based on data
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on performance across social media, content, and newsletters
- Monitor key metrics including reach, engagement, audience growth, and content effectiveness
- Provide regular, actionable reporting to the Head of Marketing
- Use data to inform content decisions and improve performance over time
What you bring
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
- Proven experience managing social media channels and content calendars
- Hands on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign management
- Experience with executive thought leadership programs and LinkedIn content
- Strong understanding of email marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign performance tracking
- Experience using HubSpot and digital marketing platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and editorial quality
- Hands on, proactive, and solution oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial, mining, manufacturing, or other technical B2B sectors
- Exposure to account based marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales environments
- Experience working with external agencies and creative partners
