Role Description
The Business Development and B2B Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting programs, events, and the brand across digital and offline channels.
Support lead generation, enrollment initiatives, promotional events, partnerships, and campaign optimization.
Core Activities
- Conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop marketing materials.
- Manage social media and other communication platforms.
- Support lead generation and enrollment initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
- Help organize promotional events and partnerships.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Optimize strategies for students, professionals, and corporate partners.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy, including target segmentation and competitor analysis.
- Experience with sales and customer service to support enrollment funnels and learner experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels, including social media, email marketing, and basic analytics.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Experience in education, training, or technology sectors, especially in the UAE or GCC, is an advantage.
