Full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role based at the Abu Dhabi academy.
The position manages reception, visitor greetings, calls, inquiries, appointments, records, and clerical support.
The receptionist coordinates with instructors and administrative staff and supports student and guest check-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Handle appointment scheduling, accurate record keeping, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate with instructors and administrative staff and assist with student and guest check-in for classes and events.
- Provide clear information about programs and schedules and support daily office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including basic clerical skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and confident call handling.
- Clear communication and reliable customer service capabilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in an educational or training environment is beneficial.
- Office software proficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy setting are beneficial.
- Post-secondary education or administrative training is an advantage.
