- Conduct keyword and market research, optimize website content and landing pages
- Manage social media and online campaigns, track performance metrics
- Create promotional materials and content aligned with services
- Coordinate marketing initiatives for specific target audiences and community segments
- Develop impactful marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, and Canva
- Implement performance driven online strategies across Meta platforms and Google
- Monitor conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and brand sentiment using analytics
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns
- Enhance website functionality by creating optimized landing pages and implementing performance improvements
Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- At least 2 3 years of proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist, preferably in healthcare sector
- Adequate knowledge of Facebook Ads
- Experience in SEO, including on page and off page optimization, keyword research, and analytics tools
- Background in healthcare, clinics, or wellness industries
- Fluency in English
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing
- Experience of video making & editing
- Ability to work on site in Dubai

Role Description
- Develop and execute marketing and SEO strategies to increase online visibility, drive patient inquiries, and enhance the clinic’s digital presence.
- Conduct keyword and market research, optimize website content and landing pages, manage social media and online campaigns, and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent branding, create promotional materials and content aligned with services, and coordinate marketing initiatives for specific target audiences and community segments.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of Facebook Ads
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media
- At least 2~3 years of proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist, preferably in healthcare sector.
- Strong Marketing Strategy and Market Research skills
- Sales and Marketing skills to convert leads, promote services, and support revenue growth
