Requirements
- At least 1 3 years of relevant work experience in a polyclinic in Dubai
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task, organize, and prioritize work
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Description
- Able to co ordinate a customer center team /reception and help them to: Increase the leads conversion rate, Improve their media engaging abilities
- Warm welcome walk in patients
- Promote and cross sell additional services, including dermatology, dental, and laser treatments, based on patient needs.
- Persuade patients to proceed with treatment plans recommended by doctors through professional consultation and follow up.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat, responding promptly and professionally.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry across CRM and other clinic management platforms.
- Handle reception duties, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front desk management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting lead conversion and service quality targets.
Qualifications
- At least 1 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task, organize, and prioritize work
