Job Purpose
Acquire private-sector B2B clients and generate new business opportunities for facility management, operations, and maintenance services.
Achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential companies and private-sector clients.
- Develop new B2B leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Contact decision-makers, facility managers, procurement teams, and contract managers.
- Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and sales calls.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through contract signing.
- Negotiate with clients within approved policies and close deals.
- Maintain existing relationships and identify renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, maintain CRM records, and prepare sales and pipeline reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, operations and maintenance, or related services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent Arabic and good command of English.
- Saudi driving license.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and work against sales targets.
Pay
- Pay is listed as SAR 3,000–17,804.54 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
- The role includes field visits and the source lists 100% travel as preferred.
