- Design and implement comprehensive 360 marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and brand awareness
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across key platforms with clear focus on ROI and efficient customer acquisition cost
- Oversee content marketing, social media, email/SMS campaigns, and creative production tailored to the Saudi market
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives
- Develop and execute a robust PR strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Build and maintain relationships with local, regional, and international media, journalists, and influencers
- Draft press releases, manage media inquiries, organize press events, and handle crisis communications
- Secure consistent, high quality media coverage in top tier KSA and GCC publications
- Strengthen and protect the brand identity across all consumer touchpoints
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and go to market strategies
- Ensure full compliance of all marketing and communication activities with SAMA, CMA, and other regulatory bodies
- Build and mentor a high performing marketing & PR team
Requirements
- Experience in marketing and PR, preferably in fintech or related industry
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory environment (SAMA, CMA)
- Proven track record in performance marketing across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, YouTube
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and mentor a team

Role Overview
- We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a dynamic and results oriented Marketing & PR Manager to lead brand building, customer acquisition, and public relations efforts in the competitive Saudi fintech market.
- This is a high impact role responsible for shaping the company's external image, driving growth through integrated marketing campaigns, and establishing strong media and stakeholder relationships in KSA.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement comprehensive 360 marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and brand awareness.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, YouTube, etc.) with clear focus on ROI and efficient customer acquisition cost.
- Oversee content marketing, social media, email/SMS campaigns, and creative production tailored to the Saudi market.
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Public Relations & Communications
- Develop and execute a robust PR strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
