Marketing & Partner Operations Manager

As the Marketing & Partner Operations Manager, you will be the owner of the systems and infrastructure that drive demand generation and partner-sourced growth.

You are expected to identify the problem impacting funnel performance and ensure the system changes are made, end-to-end, to improve efficiency across the revenue engine.

You drive impact on the acquisition side by building durable systems that make channel and partner performance visible and improvable, not just reported after the fact.

You define the fix and configure the system directly as a HubSpot admin, partnering with Business Systems, and you'll need enough fluency in Salesforce to ensure these systems connect seamlessly.

This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and will not have any direct reports.

• Own top of funnel lead routing & assignment, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management, built and maintained directly in HubSpot. Partner with Biz Systems on LeanData-side configuration
• Establish clear rules of engagement and ensure attribution logic is accurate, so leads are correctly mapped to the right channel — maintaining the data integrity needed to measure channel ROI with confidence.
• Accelerate revenue and improve pipeline hygiene by implementing automations and workflows across the lead-to-customer lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and fix funnel inefficiencies — including MQL/PQL → SQL handoff rules and SLAs with the Sales & CS Business Partner — to improve speed to lead and conversion metrics.
