Key Responsibilities
- Secure, organize, and process financial documents related to marketing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company record keeping standards.
- Loan gear management: manage, coordinate, and monitor requirements for loan gear
- Collect proof of completed marketing activities (photos, sign offs, reports) and ensure timely submission for review.
- Collect, review, and process reimbursement claims related to marketing activity expenses, ensuring claims align with policy and budget.
- Identify discrepancies in claims or account records and work with relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve them
- Arrange secure packaging and shipping of marketing gear to local and regional locations based on activity requirements and timelines.
- Maintain accurate, up to date records of total gear inventory, including location, condition, and availability status
