About the Role
Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the Advisory business line within the regional headquarters.
Work with business leaders and the Marketing and Communications team to deliver marketing initiatives, increase brand visibility, generate digital demand, and support business growth.
Bring marketing strategies to life through campaign execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
What You'll Do
- Support the annual marketing plan for the Advisory business line across the regional headquarters.
- Execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, content, email, public relations, and event channels.
- Develop campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and email marketing channels to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage website content, landing pages, search engine optimization, email marketing, and lead nurturing activities.
- Coordinate projects with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors on time, within budget, and in line with brand standards.
- Create thought leadership content, presentations, case studies, client communications, and marketing collateral.
- Track campaign metrics through monthly and quarterly reporting and recommend improvements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and share insights with business and marketing stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience and education will be considered.
- Four to six years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services, real estate, B2B, consulting, or corporate environments.
- Experience developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Hands-on experience with social media, email marketing, content marketing, website management, and campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Arabic-speaking ability is preferred; Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools are advantageous.
