JODAYN is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its team in Riyadh.
The role leads marketing activity supporting growth across Saudi public and private sectors.
The position owns demand generation, sales enablement, positioning, content, events, budget, and performance reporting.
What you will do
- Plan and run LinkedIn, email, and website campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and client collateral.
- Run account-based marketing campaigns with sales.
- Support bids and proposals with company profiles and tailored content.
- Produce Arabic and English B2B content across case studies, whitepapers, social posts, and thought leadership.
- Manage social media engagement and coordinate industry events, conferences, and sponsorships.
- Develop the annual marketing plan, manage the budget, and oversee agencies, designers, and vendors.
- Report marketing-sourced pipeline and conversion metrics to commercial leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in B2B technology or professional services.
- Demonstrated marketing contribution to sales pipeline.
- Strong Arabic and English writing skills.
- Experience working with sales teams, CRM data, LinkedIn campaigns, email tools, and website CMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of design and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to government or enterprise clients in KSA.
- Background in event management.
- Experience mentoring junior marketing staff.
