Role Description
Work full-time remotely to plan and execute marketing strategies for IEEE BU SB initiatives, events, and programs.
Manage digital presence, content, campaigns, branding, engagement analysis, promotional materials, and communications.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies, campaigns, content, and promotional materials across multiple channels.
- Manage digital and social media presence and maintain consistent branding across platforms.
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns using performance insights.
- Coordinate with design and content teams and ensure timely communication with the student community and partners.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with student leaders and committees to understand organizational goals.
- Translate organizational goals into effective marketing plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand management.
- Strong digital marketing, social media management, and online community engagement skills.
- Ability to create and oversee content, including copywriting and basic content editing.
- Competence using marketing and analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Additional Qualifications
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred, especially in student organizations or non-profit settings.
- Familiarity with engineering or technology-focused communities is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple initiatives.
