- Monitor, analyze, and measure performance of digital marketing campaigns

- Oversee and manage communication with external partners, creative, social media, and PR agencies
- Review and proofread press releases, outlet descriptions, and promotional communications
- Implement brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines
- Create compelling copies for marketing and communication assets
- Manage and oversee brand identity and brand reputation of outlets
- Oversee influencer marketing strategy and host media fam trips
Requirements
- Master's degree/diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- At least 3 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in hospitality
- At least 2 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, cluster experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Creativity and innovative thinking
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Knowledge of F&B industry trends
- Strong project management skills

About the Job
- As Marketing Manager F&B for Yas Plaza Hotels by IHG, you are responsible for achieving the hotel’s F&B operating goals by developing and implementing an ongoing focused media and marketing communications plan under the direction of the Area Director, Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital, public relations, marketing, and communications strategy aligned with the approved marketing plan for Yas Plaza Hotels by IHG F&B outlets.
- Conduct market research to identify needs, opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop, implement, and manage the overall content strategy/direction of F&B outlets.
- Assist and support the Area Director of Marketing in identifying the yearly budgetary requirements and monthly expense forecast.
- Actively seek growth opportunities and identify gaps in the digital landscape.
- Monitor, analyze, and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum profitability / ROAS.
- Identify and follow through PR/brand/sponsorship opportunities with the support of the PR agency.
- Oversees and manages communication with external partners, creative, social media, and PR agencies.
- Reviews and proofreads the press releases, outlet descriptions, corporate and promotional communications.
- Implement brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines.
- Create compelling copies for marketing and communication assets and content.
- Work closely with the creative team by providing detailed briefs and ensuring creative deadlines are met.
About You
- Master’s degree/diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- At least 3 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- At least 2 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, cluster experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM.
- Strong analytical skills.
