- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with event objectives, defining target audiences and positioning the exhibition effectively.
- Plan and execute multi channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, PR, content marketing, and paid advertising) and oversee timelines, budgets, and performance tracking.
- Manage website content, SEO, landing pages, CRM/email marketing campaigns, and paid media to optimize lead generation and ROI.
- Develop compelling marketing content including brochures, emails, social posts, press releases, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Build relationships with media partners, associations, and industry stakeholders; manage PR campaigns and media outreach.
- Drive visitor registration and exhibitor participation through targeted campaigns, managing promotional calendars and supporting on site marketing activities.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of B2B event marketing, audience segmentation, digital campaigns, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in planning and executing multi channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, PR, content marketing, and paid advertising).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including CRM/email marketing platforms, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to develop compelling marketing content and ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking KPIs such as registrations, leads, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills for partnerships and PR.

Role Overview
- The Marketing Manager Exhibitions is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive attendance, exhibitor acquisition, and brand visibility for exhibitions and trade shows.
