About the Role

- Develop and execute marketing strategy for the assigned area aligned with business area/division sales objectives and budget
- Lead product, industry, channel, and campaign marketing activities
- Drive end to end demand generation and customer engagement through global and local marketing campaigns
- Enhance marketing effectiveness through innovation, performance management, and risk mitigation using AI
- Ensure measurable business impact and continuous improvement by reviewing campaign outcomes and analyzing performance data
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in electrical solutions, smart building automation, energy management, low voltage power distribution, or related industrial sectors across the Middle East
- Proficient in digital marketing, marketing automation, and analytics with hands on expertise in Salesforce CRM, HubSpot (or similar), Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of smart building, electrification, energy, and IoT technologies
- Skilled in translating complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and drive regional growth

- This role is contributing to the ELSP/ELSB in UAE, Saudi Arabia & Egypt
- The work model for the role is onsite
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the assigned area by creating, planning, and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business area/division sales objectives and budget
- Lead product, industry, channel, and campaign marketing activities by developing strategic and tactical marketing plans
- Drive end to end demand generation and customer engagement through the development and execution of global and local marketing campaigns
- Enhance marketing effectiveness through innovation, performance management, and risk mitigation by leveraging AI
- Ensure measurable business impact and continuous improvement by reviewing campaign and program outcomes
Qualifications For The Role
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in electrical solutions, smart building automation, energy management, low voltage power distribution, and related industrial sectors across the Middle East
