Core Positioning: Assume the two-way communication responsibility between the headquarters and local dealers, ensure the smooth transmission of information, guide dealers to carry out marketing activities standardizedly, and guarantee the implementation of the company's brand layout, brand image transmission and the orderly progress of marketing activities in the GCC region.
Responsibilities
- **Headquarters Coordination:**
- Accurately connect with the marketing department of HQ, fully receive the marketing strategies, brand promotion plans, activity requirements, product promotion materials and other relevant information issued by HQ, ensuring no deviation in information understanding and no omission in transmission.
- **Information Transmission:**
- Timely synchronize the company's marketing policies and activity plans to the local dealers; at the same time, collect the problems encountered by dealers in market operation and activity execution, market feedback, and regional market dynamics (such as competitor information, local consumption habits, etc.), sort them out and feed them back to the headquarters.
- **Dealer Marketing Guidance:**
- Guide local dealers to carry out marketing promotion, brand publicity, promotional activities, offline experience and other related work in strict accordance with company's requirements, including activity plan optimization, execution process standardization, and promotion material use guidance, ensuring that dealers' marketing activities are consistent with the headquarters' brand tone and strategic direction.
- **Activity Implementation Supervision:**
- In accordance with the company's requirements, supervise the implementation of dealers' marketing activities, verify the activity effect, collect relevant activity data (such as the number of participants, conversion effect, etc.), sort them into reports and submit them to the headquarters, and assist in optimizing marketing strategies.
- **Brand Maintenance Assistance:**
- To maintain the brand image in the GCC countries region, guide dealers to standardize the use of brand logos and promotional materials, timely correct irregular behaviors of dealers in brand communication, and enhance the brand's visibility and reputation in the region.
- **Market Information Collection:**
- Take the initiative to pay attention to the automobile market dynamics, policy and regulation changes, competitor market strategies and dealer operation status in GCC countries, regularly sort out market analysis reports, and provide reference for the headquarters to formulate regional market strategies.
- Complete other market-related tasks assigned by the headquarters and superiors.
Qualifications
- **Education Requirement:**
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Automobile or related fields is preferred.
- **Work Experience:**
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing industry, with work experience in the GCC automotive market is preferred.
- **Market Cognition:**
- Be very familiar with the dynamics, consumption habits, policies and regulations, and channel characteristics of the GCC automotive market, and be able to accurately grasp the regional market demand.
- **Language Ability:**
- Fluent in English as a work language; proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
- **Communication and Coordination:**
- Possess strong two-way communication and information transmission abilities, be good at connecting the headquarters and dealers, and efficiently coordinate various resources to promote work.
- **Professional Ability:**
- Have basic abilities in marketing activity guidance, information sorting and report writing, and be familiar with the work logic of brand promotion and dealer management.
- **Professional Quality:**
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to adapt to the working environment in GCC countries, and have good pressure resistance and team spirit.
