Overview
1.Leads the execution of charging infrastructure projects within the assigned region, ensuring sites progress from notice-to-proceed through construction and commissioning with speed, safety, and cost control.
2.Coordinates contractors, utilities, permitting bodies, and internal stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity and resolve execution risks early.
3.Validates site readiness before mobilization and ensures adherence to technical standards, quality requirements, and HSE policies.
4.Works closely with Site Acquisition, Grid Integration, Supply Chain, and Service teams to align dependencies and support seamless handovers into operations.
5.Maintains accurate deployment forecasts and provides regional insights that inform planning and resource allocation.
6.Promotes disciplined project management practices while driving continuous improvement in build methodologies.
7.Success is measured by commissioning velocity, budget adherence, construction quality, and the ability to scale installations predictably across diverse site conditions.
