About the role
This is a senior marketing leadership role for FirstBit's UAE/GCC marketing function.
The role owns brand, demand generation, pipeline contribution, and budget outcomes for a construction ERP product.
The position works with senior leadership in a technical, multi-stakeholder B2B sales environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run the content calendar, paid campaigns, and events.
- Set direction for content, digital advertising, and event marketing while delegating execution.
- Own the CRM lead-to-pipeline process and coordinate qualification, sales handoff, and conversion tracking.
- Manage paid search, SEO, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising for construction decision-makers.
- Develop case studies and client testimonials.
- Build brand position, competitive positioning, messaging, and thought leadership in UAE construction.
- Set the strategy for business breakfasts, webinars, and industry event presence.
- Report marketing performance and strategy to the Head of Commercial Department.
- Build and scale the marketing team as the business grows.
What we're looking for
- At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing a small team.
- Experience marketing a technically complex product such as software, ERP, SaaS, or fintech is preferred.
- CRM-driven lead pipeline management experience is preferred.
- Hands-on content and campaign management experience is required.
- A strong track record in event-led B2B marketing is required.
- Russian and English fluency are strongly preferred.
- UAE/GCC market experience is preferred, while construction or contracting knowledge is a plus.
