- Plan and run paid across Meta (Advantage+, catalog/DPA, prospecting + retargeting) and Google (PMax, Search, Shopping, Brand)
- Own budget pacing, ROAS/MER and CAC
- Use Claude and AI across research, creative, analysis, reporting and automation
- Grow organic traffic and rankings across brand and category terms, in English and Arabic
- Drive organic social and a creator/partnership program that fits a luxury audience
- Own email and SMS (Klaviyo) flows and campaigns that lift repeat rate and lifetime value
- Brief, test and iterate ad creative (UGC, video, statics) toward highest value brands and categories
- Keep GA4, pixels and conversion tracking clean; run off a weekly growth dashboard and decide from data
Requirements
- 4 7 years in performance / growth marketing, ideally e commerce, DTC or retail
- Hands on mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with track record of scaling budgets to ROAS/CAC targets
- AI native and a Claude power user; can show workflows or agents built
- Strong analytics: fluent in GA4, tracking/attribution and working from dashboards
- Full funnel breadth owned or closely run SEO, CRM/email and social
- Owner's mindset: can build strategy and execute it yourself in a lean team

What You’ll Own
- Performance marketing plan and run paid across Meta (Advantage+, catalog/DPA, prospecting + retargeting) and Google (PMax, Search, Shopping, Brand). Own budget pacing, ROAS/MER and CAC.
- AI leverage use Claude and AI across research, creative, analysis, reporting and automation to run a lean, high output growth engine.
- SEO & content grow organic traffic and rankings across brand and category terms, in English and Arabic.
- Social & influencer drive organic social and a creator/partnership program that fits a luxury audience.
- CRM & retention own email and SMS (Klaviyo) flows and campaigns that lift repeat rate and lifetime value.
- Creative direction brief, test and iterate ad creative (UGC, video, statics) toward our highest value brands and categories.
- Analytics & tracking keep GA4, pixels and conversion tracking clean; run off a weekly growth dashboard and decide from data.
What We’re Looking For
- Must haves: 4–7 years in performance / growth marketing, ideally e commerce, DTC or retail.
- Hands on mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a track record of scaling budgets to ROAS/CAC targets.
- AI native and a Claude power user you already run growth work with AI (research, creative, analysis, automation) and can show workflows or agents you’ve built.
- Strong analytics: fluent in GA4, tracking/attribution and working from dashboards.
- Full funnel breadth you’ve owned or closely run SEO, CRM/email and social, not just one channel.
- Owner’s mindset: you can build the strategy and execute it yourself in a lean team.
- Nice to haves: Luxury, fashion, beauty or other high AOV category experience; UAE / GCC market experience; Arabic is a strong plus; Familiarity with Klaviyo, Claude, Chatgpt etc.
