About the role
- This is a sales first, relationship driven role. You receive warm leads who added items to cart but did not finish checkout.
- Your job is to call them, build rapport in Arabic, understand what they wanted, and close the sale.
- Stay in touch on WhatsApp as their personal client advisor, sharing new arrivals and helping them shop season after season.
What you'll do
- Call & Convert: Call warm abandoned cart leads daily, build instant rapport in Arabic, answer questions, handle objections, and close the order.
- WhatsApp Relationship Management: Follow up on WhatsApp, keep every client warm, and be their go to person for luxury fashion.
- Clienteling & Repeat Sales: Update clients with new drops and bags matched to their taste. Turn one purchase into a loyal, repeat client.
- Own Your Numbers: Hit daily call targets and monthly conversion and revenue targets. Keep every lead and conversation logged in CRM and WhatsApp.
- Be the Brand: Represent LuxuryForYou with warmth, taste, and real product knowledge on every call and message.
Must haves
- Candidate, in line with our women focused client service.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Warm and natural speaking with women clients. This is mandatory.
- A proven sales closer: a track record of converting leads and hitting targets over phone or chat.
- Background in fashion, luxury fashion, or beauty retail (boutique, brand, or personal shopping).
- A strong personal network among fashion loving women in the UAE and GCC.
- Confident on the phone and fluent on WhatsApp; comfortable making many outbound calls a day.
- Organised and consistent with follow ups; comfortable using a CRM.
- Based in Dubai with valid UAE residency (own or transferable visa).
Nice to have
- An existing clientele or personal shopping book.
- Experience selling handbags, ready to wear, or accessories.
- Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
Pay & perks
- Base salary: AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month, based on experience.
