Role Description
This part-time hybrid position as a Marketing Manager is based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing and creating engaging campaigns, analyzing market trends, overseeing social media efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility and engagement.
The role also involves measuring marketing performance and preparing insightful reports to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and SEO optimization
- Strong Communication Skills, Content Development expertise, and Presentation abilities
- Analytical skills with experience in evaluating data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a hybrid work environment
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience in HR consultancy or understanding of Positive Psychology is a plus
