This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work partially from home.
The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating strategies for client acquisition and retention, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen, market research, and client acquisition skills
- Proven ability in negotiation, networking, and relationship management
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute business plans
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Experience in the HR or consultancy sector is an advantage
