Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Marketing Manager with experience in marketing campaigns, event management, social media management, and public relations.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance the company’s professional image, increase awareness of its services in the market, and manage the company’s public relations activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing strategies and plans.
- Manage and organize events, exhibitions, and conferences from planning to execution.
- Oversee social media accounts and create suitable content for each platform.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize results.
- Handle and maintain the company’s public relations with clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate corporate communications and ensure a professional company image across all channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to propose innovative marketing ideas.
- Prepare periodic marketing performance reports and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve the best return on investment.
- Maintain the company’s brand identity and professional image.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [2–5] years of experience in marketing, event management, social media, and public relations.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
- Experience with analytical and advertising tools such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
