We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items while delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and creating a welcoming experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, equipment, and work areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues politely
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
