- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive growth across retail, café, foodservice, and business channels
- Oversee brand positioning, campaign planning, and promotional activities for local and international markets
- Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinating with outlet managers and sales teams
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on content creation, advertising, and events
- Monitor budgets, report on key performance indicators, and propose data driven improvements
- Support new product launches and enhance customer experience in store
- Safeguard brand standards across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Strong marketing strategy and planning skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
- Experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality marketing
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
- Proven project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Comfort working on site in Abu Dhabi

Company Description
- Samira Maatouk Group is a UAE based coffee company serving retail, café, foodservice, and business customers worldwide.
- Heritage dating back to 1949 in Lebanon, with coffee roasting facilities in Abu Dhabi and over 30 outlets under Maison Samira Maatouk and Samira Maatouk Originale brands.
- The Group is also the UAE distributor for Fakir coffee machines.
Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Oversee brand positioning, campaign planning, and promotional activities for local and international markets.
- Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinating with outlet managers and sales teams.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights, optimizing performance of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on content creation, advertising, and events.
- Monitor budgets, report on KPIs, and propose data driven improvements.
- Support new product launches, enhance customer experience in store, and safeguard brand standards.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing strategy and planning skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality marketing.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Proven project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Comfort working on site in Abu Dhabi.
- Prior experience in the GCC is an advantage.
