Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze cost structures across production, distribution, and retail outlets, ensuring accurate cost allocation and supporting pricing decisions.
- Prepare cost reports, track variances, review budgets, and collaborate with finance, operations, and procurement to maintain cost efficiency.
- Validate supplier invoices, oversee inventory costing, assist with financial forecasts, and implement cost control procedures and internal controls.
- Support management with data driven insights, participate in audits, and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and operational performance.
Requirements
- Strong cost accounting and financial analysis skills, including experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and cost allocation.
- Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems and Microsoft Excel, with ability to build and maintain cost models and reports.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management and production costing, preferably within FMCG, food, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret numerical data.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with finance, operations, and procurement teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Previous experience as Cost Controller, Management Accountant, or similar role, ideally within multi outlet or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage deadlines, and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Cost Controller role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Monitor and analyze cost structures across production, distribution, and retail outlets, ensuring accurate cost allocation and supporting pricing decisions.
