About the Role
Wordcraft Legal Translation is seeking an experienced Marketing Head to own and drive the complete marketing function across UAE and international markets. The role covers strategy, digital marketing, social media, networking, business development, and market research, requiring a leader who can plan and execute.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across all service segments (legal translation, attestation, notarization, corporate documentation)
- Conduct market research on UAE and international markets — analyze demand, competitors, pricing, and emerging trends
- Identify and open up new market opportunities and segments (new industries, new emirates, new countries)
- Plan, manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads within budget for maximum ROI
- Oversee SEO, website content, lead generation, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
- Build and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) with a consistent content and engagement plan
- Strengthen overall brand image and manage online reputation
- Represent Wordcraft at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build the brand and generate leads
- Build strategic B2B partnerships with law firms, corporate PROs, HR consultancies, business setup firms, and translation agencies
- Develop and pursue international client acquisition (overseas attestation, embassy/consulate document needs, global corporate clients)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of UAE marketing experience (mandatory)
- Proven experience in the service sector; same/similar industry (translation, legal, documents, business setup, consultancy) is a strong advantage
- All round marketing expertise — digital ads, social media, branding, networking, business development, and market research (not digital only)
- Strong strategic and team leadership experience
- Experience dealing with international clients / cross border business is a plus
- Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Data driven, target oriented, and able to work independently

Job Summary
- Wordcraft is a fast growing legal translation, document attestation and government liaison company seeking an experienced Marketing Head to own and drive our complete marketing function across the UAE and international markets.
- This is a 360° leadership role covering strategy, digital marketing, social media, networking, business development, international client acquisition, and market research.
- We need a leader who can both plan the big picture and roll up their sleeves to execute.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Market Research
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across all service segments (legal translation, attestation, notarization, corporate documentation).
- Conduct market research on UAE and international markets — analyze demand, competitors, pricing, and emerging trends to identify new service and revenue opportunities.
- Identify and open up new market opportunities and segments (new industries, new emirates, new countries).
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing

- Represent Wordcraft at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build the brand and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities International Clients & New Opportunities
- Develop and pursue international client acquisition (overseas attestation, embassy/consulate document needs, global corporate clients).
- Build referral and channel networks across borders to bring in new business.
Key Responsibilities Leadership
- Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team and external agencies.
- Coordinate closely with sales and operations to ensure leads convert and clients are retained.
- Set targets, track KPIs, and report performance and profitability per channel.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of UAE marketing experience (mandatory).
