Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead overall marketing strategy for travel, holidays, corporate travel, and MICE segments.
The role owns brand building, qualified lead generation, website traffic, conversions, digital presence, and B2C and B2B campaigns.

Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Build the brand across B2C and B2B markets and create separate strategies for holidays, corporate travel, and MICE.
- Plan marketing calendars, campaigns, budgets, customer segments, markets, and growth opportunities.
Digital and Performance Marketing
- Lead Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing campaigns.
- Drive qualified leads for domestic holidays, international holidays, corporate travel, and MICE.
- Optimize campaigns using CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Manage agencies and partners and develop remarketing and customer-retention campaigns.
