- Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion rates
- Strong leadership experience in team management and development
- Solid understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Arabic speaking required

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing; E commerce experience is a plus
- Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing conversion rates
- Strong leadership experience in team management and development
- Solid understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales, with a performance mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently
