Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Campaigns

• Support the development and execution of the resort’s annual and monthly marketing plans. • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, packages, and seasonal activities. • Assist in developing creative concepts and promotional materials for rooms, dining, wellness, recreation, and events. • Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and in line with approved brand guidelines. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide relevant updates to management.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media • Assist in managing the resort’s social media platforms and content calendar. • Create and coordinate engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, reels, and promotional materials. • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and agencies for content production. • Monitor social media engagement and respond or coordinate responses to relevant guest interactions. • Support digital advertising campaigns and monitor their performance. • Assist with website content updates, email marketing, newsletters, and other digital communications.
• Content & Brand Management • Ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect the Banana Island Resort brand and luxury guest experience. • Coordinate the production of brochures, flyers, digital banners, menus, presentations, and other promotional materials. • Maintain an organized library of approved photographs, videos, logos, and marketing assets. • Proofread marketing communications and ensure accuracy before publication.
• Public Relations & Partnerships • Support PR activities, media visits, influencer collaborations, and promotional partnerships. • Assist in coordinating media stays, familiarization visits, photoshoots, and content collaborations. • Maintain relationships with relevant tourism, lifestyle, media, and business partners. • Track PR coverage and maintain records of media exposure.
• Events & Activations • Support the marketing and promotion of resort events, celebrations, entertainment programs, and special activations. • Coordinate promotional materials and digital campaigns for events. • Work closely with the Events, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and Operations teams to ensure effective promotion and execution.
• Administration & Reporting • Maintain the marketing calendar and campaign schedules. • Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, marketing suppliers, and agency requirements. • Prepare regular reports on social media, digital campaigns, PR activities, and other marketing initiatives. • Track campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement. • Ensure marketing activities remain within approved budgets.
