About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for international trade exhibitions and conferences. The role focuses on B2B audience acquisition, digital marketing, and collaboration with sales and design teams.

- Plan, develop, and execute multi channel marketing campaigns for exhibitions and conferences
- Drive audience acquisition strategies targeting exhibitors, visitors, delegates, sponsors, and media
- Collaborate with sales, content, operations, and design teams to align marketing plans with event objectives and commercial targets
- Create and manage promotional content across digital platforms (email marketing, social media, websites) and offline channels
- Work with industry partners, associations, and media partners to enhance reach and visibility
- Manage campaign timelines, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets and activities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as registrations, conversions, engagement, and ROI
- Support database management, segmentation, and lead generation initiatives
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, audience insights, and positioning opportunities
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors where required
- Support on site marketing execution during events, including branding, attendee engagement, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2 5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on exhibitions, trade shows, or large scale B2B events
- Hands on experience in campaign execution for exhibitions is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of exhibition audience acquisition and funnel management
- Experience with digital marketing channels (email campaigns, social media, paid media, CRM systems)
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content development skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills

Role Overview
