About the Role
AraBnB Vacation Home Rentals seeks a creative Social Media Marketing Executive to own social media for luxury vacation home brands. You will create and publish content daily, manage paid ads, and drive direct bookings.

- Create and execute a social media content calendar for Arabnb across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Film and edit high quality property walkthrough videos, Reels, TikToks, and Stories
- Develop content themes around Dubai tourism, luxury short stay living, guest testimonials, and property reveals
- Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each platform
- Engage with the community by responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries
- Build and execute a direct booking strategy to reduce reliance on OTAs
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns via Meta Business Suite
- Implement and manage basic SEO for the Arabnb website
- Develop and manage a customer loyalty program
- Work on email marketing flows to nurture past guests
- Track and report on social media performance metrics
- Plan, set up, run, and optimise paid advertising campaigns through Meta Business Suite
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands on experience in social media marketing, content creation, or similar digital marketing role
- Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar
- Strong working knowledge of Canva for creating social media graphics
- Hands on experience with Meta Business Suite for paid ad campaigns
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Excellent written English with ability to craft engaging captions and copy
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE and available to work on site full time

About the Role
- We are looking for a creative, driven, and resourceful Social Media Marketing Executive to join us in house in Dubai.
- This person will take full ownership of the social media presence for both Arabnb Holiday Homes across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Being based on site in Dubai is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute a social media content calendar for Arabnb across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Film and edit high quality property walkthrough videos, guest experience content, Reels, TikToks, and Stories
- Develop content themes around Dubai tourism, luxury short stay living, guest testimonials, property reveals, and seasonal promotions
- Write compelling captions and copy that speak to potential guests, property owners, and investors
- Engage with the Arabnb community — respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly
- Build and execute a direct booking strategy to reduce reliance on OTAs
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns via Meta Business Suite
- Implement and manage basic SEO for the Arabnb website
- Create and drive traffic to dedicated landing pages, seasonal offers, and promotional campaigns
- Develop and manage a customer loyalty program
- Work on email marketing flows (welcome sequences, post stay follow ups, special offers)
- Track and report on Arabnb social media performance metrics
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands on experience in social media marketing, content creation, or similar digital marketing role
- Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar tools
- Strong working knowledge of Canva for creating social media graphics
- Hands on experience with Meta Business Suite is essential
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Excellent written English with the ability to craft engaging captions, CTAs, and copy
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles
- Comfortable using analytics tools
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE and available to work on site full time
