About Us

  • ARABNB Vacation Homes Rental Co. LLC manages a growing portfolio of premium short term rental apartments across Dubai.
  • We are building our own in house housekeeping team and need a strong, reliable Supervisor who also drives the team van.
  • This is a key role: you run the day on the ground.

The Role

  • You will supervise a small team of cleaners, drive them between apartments in the company vehicle, check the quality of every clean, and keep linen, amenities and supplies moving to the right place at the right time.
  • You report directly to the Housekeeping Operations Manager.

Supervision and Quality

  • Supervise the cleaning team on their daily schedule
  • Inspect completed apartments against the company checklist before they are released as guest ready
  • Verify in app completion photos and correct any misses on the spot
  • Train new cleaners on company standards, checklists and app use
  • Report daily progress, issues and delays to the Operations Manager

Driving and Logistics

  • Drive the team between apartments across Dubai in the company vehicle
  • Deliver amenities, toiletries and cleaning supplies to the team during the day
  • Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled and maintained, and report any vehicle issue immediately
  • Plan the daily route to match check out and check in times

Inventory and Maintenance

  • Oversee linen counts and stock records in the company app and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage the store: receiving, sorting and issuing linen, amenities and chemicals
  • Make sure every maintenance issue found by the team is logged in the app the same day with photos and follow up until resolved
  • Manage key and access device handover securely

What we are looking for?

  • Valid UAE driving licence (light vehicle) with a clean record. This is essential
  • Housekeeping, cleaning operations or hotel experience preferred
  • Good English (spoken and written) for daily reporting
  • Confident with smartphone apps for tasks, photos and stock records
  • Good knowledge of Dubai roads and buildings
  • Organised, firm on standards, and calm under time pressure during same day turnovers
  • Candidates who can join as soon as possible
  • Candidates already in the UAE preferred

  • Gross salary AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month depending on experience

Schedule

  • 6 days per week with 1 weekly rest day on a roster
