Role Overview
- Harrow International School Dubai is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Executive to join its founding team.
- As the Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind Harrow's brand presence and enrollment growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of marketing and communications activities reflecting Harrow values.
- Management of the school's social media channels and internal and external communication.
- Promote, showcase and market the school to external and internal stakeholders.
- Develop stronger loyalty and advocacy for the school through marketing, communication and social media tactics.
- Execute Harrow International School's Marketing strategy and support creation of school specific strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Central Office Marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive school marketing strategy.
- Manage school's marketing budget effectively.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to enhance competitive position.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making.
- Lead digital presence including website management and content strategy.
- Manage all school social media channels and develop engaging campaigns.
- Implement SEO and digital advertising strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize performance.
- Create compelling content that communicates Harrow's unique educational approach.
- Oversee production of high quality marketing materials including videos, brochures, newsletters.
- Cultivate media relationships and secure positive press coverage.
Admissions and Event Support
- Collaborate with Admissions team to create impactful recruitment materials and experiences.
- Plan and execute engaging open days, tours, and information sessions.
- Support parent engagement initiatives to foster community and retention.
- Identify and participate in external events offering recruitment or brand building opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in marketing or communications roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong portfolio showing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education marketing, particularly in premium international or boarding schools.
- Understanding of the local education landscape.
- Knowledge of Harrow's heritage and educational philosophy.
