Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Quanika's social media presence across all relevant platforms, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and compile regular performance reports
- Write, design, and send regular email newsletters to Quanika's subscriber base, managing lists, scheduling, and campaign execution
- Track and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click throughs, and subscriber activity
- Design professional presentations for internal and external use, including pitches, proposals, and reports
- Design marketing brochures, materials, and other print and digital collateral as required
- Produce graphics and visual assets for use across social media, email campaigns, and presentations
- Maintain a library of brand assets and ensure all materials adhere to Quanika's brand identity guidelines
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, communicating clearly with management on progress
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or design role
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva Pro
- Hands on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides for professional presentation creation
- A strong eye for design, layout, and visual communication with a portfolio of relevant work
- Strong written English with the ability to produce clear, engaging copy for social media and newsletters
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Comfortable working from a clear brief; primarily an execution role
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai

The Role
- We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to join our Dubai team.
- This is an execution focused position sitting at the centre of our day to day marketing output, working directly under the direction of senior management to produce content, manage communications, and maintain a consistent brand presence across all channels.
- Day to day, you will take ownership of our social media channels, email newsletters, presentations, and design collateral, producing high quality, on brand materials.
- This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys variety in their work, and is comfortable producing across both written and visual formats.
