About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Access Control, Visitor Management, and integrated security solutions.
  • Troubleshoot software, databases, networks, integrations, and ELV/security systems.
  • Perform SQL queries, database support, backups, and migration activities.
  • Manage support tickets, SLA compliance, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct site visits, system commissioning, health checks, upgrades, and customer training.
  • Coordinate with customers, system integrators, pre sales, and development teams.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Technical Support / Systems Engineering / ELV role within Security Systems, ELV, or Enterprise Software industry (Mandatory).
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database troubleshooting, backups, and migrations.
  • Experience with Access Control Systems (ACS), CCTV, Intercom, and integrated security platforms.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, Routing, Firewalls, and IP based integrations.
  • Experience in customer support, technical documentation, and end user training.
  • SIRA certification and UAE Driving License mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and UAE based candidates preferred.
