Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Access Control, Visitor Management, and integrated security solutions
- Troubleshoot software, databases, networks, integrations, and ELV/security systems
- Perform SQL queries, database support, backups, and migration activities
- Manage support tickets, SLA compliance, root cause analysis, and technical documentation
- Conduct site visits, system commissioning, health checks, upgrades, and customer training
- Coordinate with customers, system integrators, pre sales, and development teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Technical Support / Systems Engineering / ELV role within Security Systems, ELV, or Enterprise Software industry
- Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database troubleshooting, backups, and migrations
- Experience with Access Control Systems (ACS), CCTV, Intercom, and integrated security platforms
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, Routing, Firewalls, and IP based integrations
- Experience in customer support, technical documentation, and end user training
- SIRA certification and UAE Driving License mandatory
- Strong communication skills

Mandatory Requirements
