About the Role

  • Seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead the company's marketing function within the automotive industry.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase market share, drive customer acquisition, and support vehicle sales and aftersales growth.

  • The organization serves as the exclusive holding company for leading global recognized vehicle brands across multiple provinces in KSA and nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead all marketing functions, including brand management, advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, showrooms, and customer engagement.
  • Lead the planning and execution of new vehicle launches, model campaigns, seasonal promotions, and dealership marketing initiatives.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns to increase showroom traffic, vehicle sales, and aftersales revenue.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, sponsorships, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Aftersales, and dealership teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives that support commercial objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities, automotive industry developments, pricing strategies, and consumer trends to identify market opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership experience.
  • Proven experience within the automotive industry.
  • Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and commercial acumen.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing analytics, and customer journey optimization.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
