- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead all marketing functions including brand management, advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, showrooms, and customer engagement
- Lead planning and execution of new vehicle launches, model campaigns, seasonal promotions, and dealership marketing initiatives
- Drive lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns to increase showroom traffic, vehicle sales, and aftersales revenue
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI
- Oversee planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, sponsorships, exhibitions, and corporate events
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Aftersales, and dealership teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives
- Monitor competitor activities, automotive industry developments, pricing strategies, and consumer trends
- Establish and monitor key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership experience
- Proven experience within the automotive industry
- Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and integrated marketing communications
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
