- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for the event
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, partnerships, and paid media channels
- Drive audience acquisition, registration, attendance, and engagement targets
- Oversee event positioning, messaging, and brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Work closely with commercial and sponsorship teams to maximise partner visibility and campaign effectiveness
- Manage agencies, suppliers, media partners, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor campaign performance, reporting, and optimisation throughout the event lifecycle
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resource planning
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, or similar leadership role
- Extensive experience marketing large scale events, festivals, exhibitions, or mega projects
- Strong understanding of audience acquisition, event marketing, digital marketing, and brand strategy
- Experience delivering multi channel campaigns with measurable attendance and engagement outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities

Overview
- A client of ours is looking to hire a Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy and delivery for a major live event in the UAE.
- This role will be responsible for driving audience growth, engagement, and event awareness across multiple channels.
- Working closely with project, creative, content, commercial, and production teams, the Marketing Director will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from launch through to live delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for the event.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, partnerships, and paid media channels.
- Drive audience acquisition, registration, attendance, and engagement targets.
