- Lead the planning and delivery of the overall event experience
- Oversee attendee journeys, audience engagement initiatives, and experience led activations
- Work closely with project, production, creative, content, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all areas of delivery
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure a consistent visitor experience throughout the event
- Identify opportunities to enhance engagement, interaction, and audience satisfaction
- Manage budgets, timelines, and delivery plans relating to experience elements
- Support live event operations and ensure experience objectives are delivered on site
Requirements
- Must be based in the UAE currently
- Previous experience in an Experience Director, Experiential Director, Programme Director, Event Director, Festival Director, or similar role
- Extensive experience delivering large scale events, festivals, exhibitions, or mega projects
- Strong programme management experience, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups, partners, suppliers, and internal teams
- Strong understanding of visitor experience, audience engagement, and live event delivery

Overview
- A client of ours is looking to hire an Experience Director to support the delivery of a major live event in the UAE. This role will take ownership of the overall attendee experience, ensuring the event is engaging, well coordinated, and delivered to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of the overall event experience
