Join our growing team and play a key role in bringing our marketing and digital initiatives to life across the HBF Physio Group. Working closely with clinic owners, practice managers and operational stakeholders, you'll coordinate and deliver engaging marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms and support local marketing activity across multiple brands and locations. In this role, you will:
Coordinate and deliver digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid digital channels and promotional activities.
Create, schedule and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms and brands.
Manage website content, CRM activity, clinic information and digital listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support campaign reporting, performance monitoring and continuous optimisation opportunities.
Partner with clinic and operational stakeholders to coordinate marketing requests, local area initiatives, clinic openings and rebrands.
Develop and manage marketing assets, collateral and content while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
About You You're a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities. You bring a strong understanding of digital marketing, content management and stakeholder engagement, along with a collaborative approach and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Ideally, you will have:
3-4 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
Demonstrated experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across social media and digital channels.
Experience managing website content using WordPress or a similar content management system.
Strong analytical skills with experience preparing reports and interpreting campaign performance data.
Proven ability to build effective relationships and manage requests from multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise competing deadlines and projects.
