Claims Processor

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Processor to join our team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a positive experience for our members by accurately assessing and processing health insurance claims while ensuring compliance with fund rules and industry requirements.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll manage a variety of claim types, resolve claim-related enquiries, and contribute to the efficient delivery of our claims service.

About you You have experience in claims, insurance, finance, or a similar clerical or administrative role, and you’re known for your accuracy, care, and can‑do attitude.

You enjoy learning, are comfortable investigating issues, and feel confident forming your own decisions while taking ownership of your work.

You communicate clearly across phone and email, take pride in getting the details right, and enjoy learning new systems and adapting to change.

You’re someone who stays calm when things get busy and is happy to support others when needed.
