CRM Executive – Job Description

  • Our innovative and growing company is seeking a Marketing CRM Executive to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring high quality execution and performance driven results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, review, and execute campaigns across email, push notifications, in app messaging, and content cards.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and report insights to the CRM Manager.
  • Conduct A/B testing (e.g., subject lines, templates, open rates, click through rates) and provide actionable insights.
  • Create and optimize HTML for campaigns, ensuring responsiveness across devices (iOS, Android, and desktop).
  • Maintain organized campaign data and documentation, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Build, manage, and optimize customer journeys and lifecycle architecture within the CRM platform.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to industry standards, compliance policies, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience managing CRM platforms and campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Excel (mandatory); graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Experience in building and managing customer journeys and CRM architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and generate insights.
  • Hands on experience with CRM and campaign management tools such as Braze, Mailchimp, or IBM Silverpop.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
