Role Description

  • The Marketing Coordinator is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
  • This position is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Daily tasks include assisting with content creation for social media and email marketing, maintaining marketing calendars, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports.
  • The Marketing Coordinator will help organize events and webinars, support sales enablement activities with collateral and presentations, and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • The role also involves managing basic administrative tasks related to marketing projects, maintaining databases, and contributing ideas to improve outreach and engagement.

Qualifications

  • 2 3 years of experience in marketing roles; a prior background working with a Software System Integrator, SaaS Product is a plus.
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, professional customer facing and internal messaging.
  • Sales support capabilities, including collaborating with the sales team and understanding basic sales processes.
  • Event Planning and coordination skills for organizing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, CRM) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with design and marketing software such as Canva, Adobe, Hubspot is an advantage.
  • Familiarity executing cold email campaigns, multi channel campaigns
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment and adapt to a fast paced, technology focused organization.
