Internal Communications
- Manage the annual internal communications calendar covering employee communications, campaigns, business updates, milestones, and engagement activities.
- Prepare, coordinate, and publish internal announcements and employee communications.
- Manage communication requests, approved channels, stakeholder approvals, records, and reporting.
External Events
- Coordinate participation in external events, conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships, and industry forums.
- Plan and execute company-hosted and sponsored events, including venues, registration, branding, suppliers, promotional materials, and logistics.
- Coordinate agencies, vendors, organizers, and internal stakeholders and track event budgets and expenditures.
- Prepare post-event reports covering participation, outcomes, learnings, and recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Support engagement initiatives for brokers, clients, healthcare providers, hospitals, and strategic business partners.
- Coordinate networking events, product awareness sessions, training programs, communication campaigns, and partner enablement activities.
- Support client retention, wellness, Health Lounge, provider awareness, and customer-focused activities.
- Maintain engagement calendars, activity reports, materials, and performance recommendations.
Launch Support
- Support launch readiness for products, services, digital platforms, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate launch communications, events, roadshows, stakeholder briefings, awareness campaigns, and public-facing brand activations.
